The documents needed to submit for a Bahamian passport depend on your age group.

For applicants under 16:

• Completed passport Form B, filled out in block letters, except for the signature. The form must be signed by a parent;
• Two passport size photos that satisfy requirements;
• Barbados birth certificate (original & a copy) for citizens born in Barbados, or Citizenship document if not a citizen by birth;
• Barbados ID of the parent who signs the form;
• Document proving change of name, if applicable;
• Application fee of B$100

For applicants aged 16 and over:

• Two passport size photos that satisfy requirements;
