Hong Kong passport photo size and format
There are 2 ways to get a Hong Kong passport. You can apply online or you can make an appointment and go to a passport office. Photo requirements differ depending on the way of applying.
For paper form, the size of the photo must be 40mm (width) and 50mm (height). Hong Kong passport photo guidelines include not only the size of the image but also the position of the head.
