How to get a refund if the photo doesn't suit?
Visafoto takes pride in its 99.7% pass rate for processed photos. However, if the photo processed on Visafoto or in the Expert version of 7ID doesn't meet your needs, contact our customer support, and we will offer you the following options:
- Free replacement of the original photo: Sometimes, passport photos are rejected when the original image does not meet the requirements, such as a portrait taken from the wrong angle or under poor lighting conditions. In such cases, we always accommodate our clients and promptly replace the source photo.
- Correction of technical discrepancies: If the photo does not meet the size and format requirements, we will rectify the discrepancies.
- Validation of photo compliance with requirements: Occasionally, when submitting photos for certain documents online, technical errors may occur on the website through which you upload the photo. Despite the photo meeting all parameters, we verify and provide you with confirmation. In such cases, we may suggest waiting for the website error to be corrected. If it persists, we will issue a refund.
- Other reasons: If the photo is not accepted by officials for any reason, we will initiate a refund.
