- S$70 for an online application.
- S$80 for an application submitted over the counter at the ICA Services Centre or at a Singapore Overseas Mission.
Note: The fee for a newborn Singapore citizen's first passport is waived if the application is submitted through MyICA on or before the child's first birthday.

If a passport is lost or damaged, ICA charges the normal application fee plus a non-refundable replacement fee:
- First replacement: S$50.
- Subsequent replacements: S$100.

- American Express credit cards;
- internet direct debit through DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB or Standard Chartered Bank accounts in Singapore; or
- PayNow.

Singapore passport photo requirements
When submitting a Singapore passport application, follow these photo guidelines:
- The photo should be taken within the last three months.
- A printed photo for a hardcopy overseas application must be 35 × 45 mm without a border, on matte or semi-matte paper.
- The background needs to be plain white, or light grey if the applicant has white hair.
- The photo should be in color.
- The applicant must have a neutral expression.
- Eyes must be open and directed at the camera.
- Shoulders and hair must be clearly seen.
- Glasses are allowed if used for vision correction; sunglasses aren't permitted.
- Head coverings habitually worn for religious or racial custom are allowed if they do not obscure the face and are not white.
Digital passport photo specifications for Singapore:
- ICA recommends an image measuring 400 × 514 pixels.
- Accepted formats are JPG, JPEG, HEIC, HEIF and PNG.
- The maximum file size is 8 MB.
